I have more than 25 years experience working with large corporations and household name brands to assess their branding & marketing and help them redesign strategies to increase engagement and impact.  Now I bring that same expertise to Nicole Norton Creates, and work with a team of other professionals to offer a full breadth of expertise to clients.

I am fueled by a proprietary blend of intuition, curiosity and caffeine. Leading teams to create CUX initiatives for digital transformation with a user-centric focus, involving Design Thinking methodologies, agile practices and continual research and testing.

I started this business with one goal in mind: to help people find direction in their work. My background in creative business development combined with my personal interest in helping others will help those that feel blocked to focus, reflect, and refine their lives.

By developing clear and repeatable creative and working processes, Nicole Norton Creates provides strategic direction and quality work for both small businesses and creative transitioners so that they can live more in line with why they exist which in turn makes them stronger, happier people that create more knowledge to be shared.
